Back in 1985, our owner — Rick — was working as a Product Support Engineer with Bendix Aerospace. Despite his fondness of the aerospace industry, Rick yearned for something different, and that came in the form of a Nationally Branded Muffler Chain. Rick saw an opportunity to provide quality auto care for vehicle owners in his area, and he decided to purchase the franchise and begin his second (and current) career in the auto industry. Thirty-five years, another shop, and a new name later, Rick and his staff are still providing the quality, reliable auto care that has made Hi-Tech Auto Specialists a go-to auto shop.
